Rules & Policies

Booking & Payments

  • To reserve your event date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking (by phone, email, or online).
  • The remaining balance is due no later than 5–7 business days before your event. This ensures we’re fully prepared and ready for your special day.
  • Please note that all payments must be completed prior to the event day. Same-day payments are not accepted.
  • If payment has not been received by the due date, we may need to release the booking, and deposits may be forfeited.
  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will receive a full deposit refund.
    Cancellations within 7 days may result in the deposit being forfeited.

Supervision & Age Guidelines

  • Children under 6 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while inside the trailer.
  • Parents/guardians remain responsible for the behavior of all children during the event.
  • We recommend gameplay for ages 7 and up unless otherwise approved.

Safety & Conduct

  • No food, gum, or drinks are allowed inside the trailer to keep the equipment safe and clean.
  • No smoking, vaping, or alcohol is permitted inside or immediately around the game truck.
  • Shoes must remain on at all times. For everyone’s safety, running, roughhousing, or unsafe behavior is not allowed.

Damage & Responsibility

  • All equipment (TVs, consoles, controllers, furniture, etc.) must be treated with care.
  • If equipment is damaged due to negligence, misuse, or roughhousing (for example: broken joysticks, controllers, or TVs), the customer who booked the event will be financially responsible for repair or replacement.
  • Normal wear and tear is expected and covered by 3J’s Games on Wheels; intentional or reckless damage is not.

Health & Responsibility

  • For the safety of others, we kindly ask that guests who are sick do not participate.
  • 3J’s Games on Wheels is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen personal belongings.
  • The customer is responsible for providing a safe and suitable parking space (flat surface, at least 40 feet, with safe access for the trailer).

Video & Photography

  • For everyone’s protection, video recording inside the trailer may take place during events. This helps ensure the safety of our guests, staff, and equipment.
  • Photos and videos may also be taken by 3J’s Games on Wheels for social media and promotional purposes only.
  • A waiver/permission form will be provided to the person booking the event. By signing, they authorize the use of media from the event for promotional purposes.

Weather & Power

  • Our trailer is climate-controlled; however, extreme weather may sometimes affect scheduling.
  • If conditions are unsafe (e.g., severe storms, flooding, heavy snow), we will gladly reschedule at no cost.
  • A reliable power source or generator will always be provided by 3J’s Games on Wheels.

Event Time & Overtime

  • Events will begin and end at the scheduled times. To respect all of our customers, we kindly ask that guests are ready to begin on time.
  • Extra time may be available for an additional fee if arranged in advance.
  • Delays caused by customer issues (parking access, late arrival, etc.) may shorten the scheduled playtime and cannot be extended.

Liability Waiver

By booking with 3J’s Games on Wheels, you agree to release us from any liability for injuries, damages, or incidents that may occur during your event.
